• Salt to taste
• 1 bouillon cube
Cooking method: weight loss soups
* Boil fish and chicken bouillon cube and spices of your choice . Cook until tender .
* In another pan, heat oil palm and olive oil over low heat. Add ground tomatoes. Fry a bit and then add the potatoes ogbono and stir until dissolved weight loss soups.
